The right for private usufruct: prospects in Russia and experience of foreign countries

The reform of the right in things in Russia is analyzed respectively to usufruct. Legal nature and character of usufruct is defined in Germany, France, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Switzerland and Moldova. The author illustrates peculiar features of the Russian right for private usufruct in comparison with foreign structures of usufruct.
