The law of international security: modern development conditions and trends

The article analyzes the concept and the system of international security law in connection with the expansion of the subject of legal regulation of the industry. A study of the legal basis formaking an international security system is being conducted. Challenges and threats to international security have been identified. The directions of development of cooperation between States in achieving the goals of the international security system are proposed.
