Objective of the article: to consider hothe cultural problems generated by the widespread labour migration. According to the author of the article, the main goal of the appeal of modern poets to the images of migrants is to resist ethnic negativity, manifestations of xenophobia. The material of K. Chukhrov, A. Rodionov and E. Troepolskaya, E. Jabbarova demonstrates some of the possible strategies for learning the experience of “foreignness”. Theater.doc (performances by Vs. Lisovsky, T. Batalova) gave the floor to the migrants themselves. The effect of the truthfulness of ego monologues encourages the audience to sympathy. Poetic plays by K. Chukhrov and A. Rodionov, E. Troepolskaya, sustained in the style of the grotesque, satirically show arrogance and claims for the cultural monopoly of the representatives of the “receiving party”: UFMS officials, employers, etc. The main means of creating a spectacle is speech, “imperious discourse”, alienated from the subject. The plays of Chukhrov and Rodionov-Troepolskaya are grotesque; these poetic forms break the rules of classical lyricism. From the works of the authors-mediators it follows that the problems of guest workers are a reflection of the internal disadvantage of Russian society. For the young poet Yegana Jabbarova, the experience of migrants is one of the manifestations of the common existential tragedy of modern man. The article makes observations on the peculiarities of poetic language in such works; special attention is paid to the phenomenon of “hybrid identity”. Authors with a hybrid identity translate into Russian poetry the cultural experience of the “other”, but not “alien” and not “extraneous”, changing our view of reality and thus forming the “third space” - the contact, mixing, and intersection of both spaces and situations.w actual Russian poetry masters
