The right to education: some questions of theory and practice

The article discusses the questions of the concept, content, guarantees of the right to education, problems of education modernization in the contemporary Russia. It is shown that direct implementation of the right to education is carried out in order to ensure the interests of the society and the personal needs of citizens. The state provides the citizens with vast opportunities to use types and forms of education according to their own choice. The degree of realization of the right to education depends ultimately on the quality of life of a modern human.
