Right to the view: issues of legal regulation and protection

The author examines the current approaches to the definition of the legal structure «right to a view», its legal regulation and methods of protection in the private law (issues of obligation and property law) and public law. He comes to the conclusion that the current normative regulation is not enough for a consistent legal regulation of the right to a view and the definition of legal mechanisms for its protection. Offers a variant of the regulation of the right to a view.
