Estate property rights in German civil law

In recent years the issue of the modernization of the system of real estate property rights has not lost its urgency in our country. The desire to improve the legal regulation of relations in the sphere of turnover of immovable property and to the harmonization of Russian and foreign real property rights requires an analysis of the doctrine, legislation and judicial practice of different countries. The particular importance is given in this process to the study of German civil law. This is due not only to the fact that Russian and German legal systems are developing within the framework of a unified Roman-Germanic legal family, but also increasingly complex international private law relations. In this regard, the particular interest is the experience of legal regulation of real property rights in German civil law.
