Public member’s right to information: problems of law enforcement

This article is devoted to the problem of different understanding and interpretation of the rules governing the right of a society participant to information. The main sources regulating the scope of the right to information depending on the type of legal entity are analyzed. It is concluded that additional official interpretation is necessary in order to create a fair and reasonable approach that will take into account the interests of all parties to corporate relations.
