The law in the system of means which secure economic reliability of the contractual system in the sphere of procurement

The choice of adequate range of the legal forms which can be used by a state in its law-making activities depends on the character of economic relations in this sphere and on the objective economical laws of their development. The author addresses the problems of contact legislation from the position of the economy and the law, analysing them through the political and legal approach. The purpose of the work is not only the study of the existing normative solutions in the sphere of interest, but first of all the search for the law-making approaches which would suit the economic regularities. The author also approaches the problematics of the forms of the state’s participation in the contractual relations, and touches upon a question of the juridical personality of the customers in the contractual system.
