Right of property grants and easement: comparative analysis of structures

Аnnotation: The article analyzes the correlation of such civil institutions as the right of real grant and easement. The article proves the difference between these limited property rights in terms of subjects obliged to active behavior, content and purpose of the establishment. A conclusion is made about the independence of these structures.
