Law-cultural dimension of the official policy of memory in the Russian Federation

The article defines the nature and extent of the relationship between the state policy of memory and the policy of improving legal culture, substantiates the importance of protecting the historical truth about events of world and national significance for the preservation and strengthening of the moral and legal values of russian society. The work develop doctrinal ideas about the implementation of the policy of memory, the protection of historical truth, forming a scientific basis for the development and evaluation of law-making projects-initiatives in this area of policy.
