Delinquency, supervision and the state of legality in the implementation of priority national projects

The article analyzes the state of legality in the implementation of national projects. Attention is paid to the detected offenses in this area. Special attention is paid to crimes committed in the implementation of national projects. The results of prosecutorial supervision in the relevant field are analyzed. Problems and shortcomings are identified, proposals are formulated to improve and increase the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation in the implementation of national projects. The study is based on up-to-date statistics and law enforcement data.
