Legal awareness as social-and-cultural phenomenon

This article analyzes the most important philosophical and legal category, which is the category of legal awareness. It is emphasized that the legal awareness is a form of awareness of law as a specific phenomenon of social reality. There are shown the sources of origin and development of legal awareness, revealed the structure of justice and shown its place and role in the field of philosophical knowledge, and jurisprudence.
