Grants as legal incentives

The scientific relevance of the research is determined by the fact that grant is an under-explored legal phenomenon, the resources of which are used not widely enough. The author believes that the grant support is mutually beneficial for both the state and other participants of public relations, it is an important and powerful incentive to achieve socially beneficial results and develop civil initiatives.
