Legal personality of minors and underage children

The article considers the division of minor children into groups depending on their age and the amount of legal capacity, as well as the complexity and contradictions of the differentiation into these groups. Legislative norms and the practice of their application are analyzed, as well as problematic issues in determining the legal capacity of minors are identified. The issue of the need to improve and specify legislation on the issue of emancipation is also raised. The author's ways of solving the identified problems are proposed.
