Legal objectivity of minors in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities

This article is devoted to the legal personality of minors in the field of entrepreneurial activity. In the course of the study, the following is established: the moment when the right of a minor to engage in entrepreneurial activity arises, the extent of the legal capacity of a minor entrepreneur, liability of minors and subsidiary liability of their legal representatives for committing civil offenses by a minor in the course of his entrepreneurial activity.
