Lawmaking activities of the RF's constituent entities: problems and ways of perfection

The article focuses on the problems of lawmaking activities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The author defines the notion of lawmaking, discloses the characteristic features of lawmaking activities of the RF's constituent entities, reveals problems connected with the lawmaking of the constituent entities and proposes ways of their solutuion.
