Lawmaking of exuctive power's bodies of the constituents of the Russian Federation: state and prospects

Pressing problems of sublegislative lawmaking of constituents of the Russian Federation and ways of their solution are viewed in the article. A description of types of lawmaking on the regional level and a scheme of bodies authorised to issue sublegislative regulatory acts on the regional level and classification of the main problems of sublegislative lawmaking are given.
