Legal doctrine: hypostases and rhizomeness

Purpose: In the paper, the author attempted to understand the options for the manifestation of legal doctrine in the legal life of society. Methodology: The theoretical position of the researcher is based on the method of materialistic dialectics. Results: The legal doctrine manifests itself in outside forms, but is perceived by the subject not only in one of its forms or in some of the species. In order to replenish the identified lacunae, the author attempts to substantiate the introduction into scientific use of the term «hypostasis of legal doctrine». The correlation between these hypostases is analyzed by the author in connection with the doctrine of superposition. Further, the author argues that it is necessary to move from the root understanding of the legal system to the network one. Novelty/originality/value: The doctrine of the hypostases of legal doctrine as a law source is introduced by the author for the first time.
