Legal figure of the state (municipal) customer by the legislation on contract system

The author pays attention to a problem of insufficient legal identification of the subjects named as the state (municipal) customers. Considering such situation a legislative and doctrinal problem, the author excludes a possibility of its decision through the category «legal entities of public law» and offers grouping options of the subjects called by the legislator as the state (municipal) customers.
