Legal characteristics of relations preceding the creation of a foster family in the Republic of Belarus

The demand for the institution of the foster family supports the interest in the order of organization of this form for the placement of orphans and children left without parental care. The paper examines the pre-conciliation stage of the organization of the adoptive family and formulates specific proposals aimed at improving the legislation.
