Correlation between the types of responsibility for encroachment in the sphere of insolvency (bankruptcy) are analyzed and characterized. Furthermore, the author defines the correlation of corpus delicti qualification of which can take place in case of premeditated reduction of a business entity to bankruptcy, and also in the presence of connected with such situation circumstances.
