The Legal Ethics of a Lawyer in the Muslim Legal Culture

The author draws attention to the relevance of improving the legal culture of a modern lawyer, models its structure to identify differences with lawyers from other legal systems, and considers the possibility of integrating elements of the legal ethics of the Muslim legal system into Russian legal culture. To this end, it is proposed to study the moral canons of this profession from the perspective of Islamic legal culture, the degree of influence of Sharia on professional ethics, spiritual content and daily life of its representative lawyer, to identify positive trends with a view to their possible accumulation in the professional ethical standards of the Russian lawyer.
