Public control subjects legal culture: content and development aspects

Modern Russian society is characterized by a fairly dynamic and systematic development of the public law sphere, it is distinguished by the objective and demanded formation of relevant and promising legal institutions. The effective implementation by civil society of its tasks and functions determines the quality training of subjects of public legal activity, specialists who are able to direct their efforts to strengthening the foundations of the rule of law and the national legal system. In turn, within the framework of special legal activities, special attention is paid to the development of the legal culture of subjects included in the socio-political and administrativelegal life of Russian society and the state. In this regard, special attention should be paid to the legal status of subjects of public control, their knowledge, skills, abilities, forms and practice of social activities. The subject of the study is the legal culture of the subjects of public control, the content, principles and directions of development of this legal institution. The study is based on the theoretical and applied results of the activities of the subjects of public control, the emerging practice of public presence in the public administration system. The paper states the need for a qualitative scientific study of legal culture, legal attitudes and aspirations of subjects of public control. At the same time, the nature of legal culture should be understood in institutional, educational, ideological, psychological, sociological aspects. The study substantiates the importance of the organizational and communicative potential of public structures, the real role of modern information technologies and innovations in the effective implementation of the mechanism of public monitoring, the formation of a business style of organizational work of public figures. Based on the results of research work in the context of the problems presented, the author outlines the features and directions for improving the legal culture of subjects of public control.
