The legal culture of the Tuva people

The notion of legal culture is analysed in the article as a special legal phenomenon. The main approaches to the definition of legal culture in the modern domestic science are viewed. The main content of the article is dedicated to the description of the issue of legal culture of the Tuva people. A thorough analysis of the main publications related in this or that way to the issue of the legal culture of the Tuva people both in the historical aspect and in the modern society is given.
