Legal uncertainty: challenges for Islamic finance in Russia

The article provides an overview of the legal framework for the implementation of Islamic finance in Russia, with particular attention to the prospects for its development. The current state of legislation is analyzed, key shortcomings and potential opportunities for improving regulatory framework are highlighted. Possible solutions to existing problems and the creation of a favorable legal environment for the development of Islamic finance in Russia are discussed.
