In the article, the author examines the legal basis for the use of intellectually oriented technologies included in the model of the functioning of entrepreneurial activity of the university. Educational organizations not only use information-oriented technologies, but also create them. At the moment, intellectual assistants are able to conduct a dialogue with visitors, applicants, invited guests, which will significantly increase the attractiveness of the university.
