The author of the article describes the legal status of the officers of drug control agencies as participants of the mechanism of application of administrative responsibility for un-payment of administrative fine to the fixed date, provided by law; he suggests the concrete ways of improving normative legal regulation of special-purpose, competency and structurally organizational elements of legal status of the FDCS of Russia and its territorial bodies.
