The legal policy and the forms of its implementation

The article examines the phenomenon of politics as a special form of social activity. The author considers it as the main means of legal legitimation, consolidation and implementation of the political policy of the country. The author distinguishes two independent areas in the legal policy structure: 1) policy in the field of law, relating to the formation of the legal impact concept, training of qualified personnel in law and law-making; 2) politics by means of law.
