Legal policy as an object of management

The paper deals with the theoretical principles revealing the fundamentals of the legal policy management. The legal policy is considered as a management object through the processes that affect greatly the legal life of the society. The legal policy is developed by the government and it is significantly influenced by civil society institutions and subjects of local and legal regulation. The legal policy has information basis in motivations and restrictions in the law, it requires the analysis of incoming information in order to make scientifically based decisions.
