This scientific work is devoted to determining the legal nature of the share in the authorized capital of a limited liability company. The article analyzes the essence of the term "legal nature", considers such approaches to the definition of the legal nature of a share in the authorized capital of a limited liability company as the law of obligations, property-law nature of the share and the share as a special kind of right. Also, the paper presents various points of view of civilists within the framework of this topic.
