Legal nature of a search conducted during operational-search activities (problem statement)

The article examines the legal nature of a search conducted during operational-search activities. The author analyses the legal regimes of a search provided for by various statutes. The author justifies the conclusion that such a significant and important compulsory procedure as a search should be legally regulated by standards of operational-search legislation.
