The legal nature of a municipal unitary enterprise

Municipalities are economic entities that are created to ensure comfortable and safe living in the territory assigned to them, as well as to address issues of local importance. In order to achieve the above-mentioned goals of activity, municipal unitary enterprises (hereinafter referred to as CBM), on the basis of legal acts, perform the following tasks: provision of housing and communal services, maintenance of common property in apartment buildings in proper form, solving issues of organizing public transportation, etc.
