The legal nature of tax disputes in the Russian Federation

In article the entity and an order of permission of tax disputes are considered. Advantages and shortcomings of pre-judicial trial of tax disputes and characteristics of their judicial settlement are analyzed. It is revealed and justified that jurisprudence on tax disputes, today, is rather contradictory and conflict.
