The legal nature of revision of judicial acts upon recently discovered or new facts

The article discusses the types of civil proceedings and justifies considering of judicial acts revision upon recently discovered or new circumstances as an independent type of process. In this regard, the position of the Constitutional Court of the RF and judicial practice are analyzed. Besides, the author disputes the impropriety of usage of the term "procedure" in relation to the studied process. It is mentioned, that there are some stages in the process of revision upon discovery of new facts.
