The legal nature of methods for determining energy consumption: a dogmatic analysis

The article examines the issues of qualification of accounting and calculation methods of consumed energy. It also analyzes the consequences of their qualification in substantive and procedural law. The results of the study are recommendations on civil-law qualification of methods for determining consumed heat and electric energy, which can be used in the context of resolving legal disputes in the field of energy supply and improving the current Russian legislation on heat supply.
