Legal reality and legal conscience in the methodological discourse

The article carries out a research of status of the legal reality and legal conscience problem in the contemporary methodological discourse. As a consequence the author concludes that the only ontological and epistemological basis of the legal reality and legal conscience in all the various manifestations and correlations is a law as rulers’ will evolved to the legislation.
