Legal regulation of the responsibility of the parties in the execution of the agency agreement

On the basis of legislative provisions, theoretical and legal views of a number of authors-researchers of the stated problem, examples of law enforcement practice in the publication, an attempt was made to consider the legal essence of the responsibility of the parties in the execution of the agency contract, to identify legislative gaps and justify proposals to minimize the negative consequences in this area of intermediary obligations.
