Legal regulation of a closed will: problems of drafting, execution and disclosure

The publication discusses the problems of drawing up and announcing a closed will as one of the elements of the procedure of its legal regulation. Based on the position of the legislator, the analysis of the practice of notarial bodies and their officials (notaries), as well as judicial law enforcement, the doctrinal definition of this legal category, its essential content and proposals for improving the procedural algorithm of registration are revealed.
