Legal sphere of the state anti-corruption policy

The article deals with the analysis of law abilities of the Russian state when fighting against corruption. The state policy concerning this issue has been characterized; the estimation presented by independent experts has been introduced; the difficulty in qualifying crimes having corruption tendency in the present legislation has been emphasized.
