Legal technology as a condition for optimizing state law construction

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the problem of legal technology and its role in the optimization of state law construction. Legal technology is considered as a kind of social technology, which, on the one hand, has common features inherent in any kind of technology, in general, and features inherent in social technology, in particular, on the other hand, has special legal features that allow to separate legal technology from other types of social technology. The paper substantiates the role of legal technology in the construction of the rule-of-law state, it is noted that the importance of legal technology for the state is, first of all, that it rationalizes and optimizes public administration. The introduction of legal technology in the practice of state law construction will achieve a number of advantages that can be used to optimize the process of forming the rule-of-law state in the Russian Federation.
