Legal protection of photographic works on the network the Internet

In this article, the authors consider photographic works as an object of copyright, subject to legal protection on the Internet. As a result of the study of judicial practice, the authors identified cases of lawful borrowing of photographs on the Internet. They also identified the main ways of protecting photographs on the space of Internet sites as a legally protected copyright object and determined the features of payment of compensation by a person who violated the exclusive rights to a photographic work of the author.
