Legal protection of relations arising in connection with the circulation of cryptocurrencies

Within the framework of this work, ways to obtain legal protection for relations that have arisen in connection with the circulation of cryptocurrencies are explored, namely, how this issue is reflected at the legislative level. There is a tendency to refuse to protect currency transactions and transactions related to cryptocurrencies. The author analyzes the most pressing problems arising from the definition of the methods enshrined in Russian legislation and confirmed in judicial practice, the relations that arose in connection with the circulation of cryptocurrencies.
