Rule-of-law democratic state as the basis of the constitutional system in the Russian Federation: implementation problems in modern conditions

The topical aim of modern Russia is a qualitative modernization of the society and state. The formation, which includes the main counterparts, such as rule of law, which provides creation of a strong and effective state; juridical mechanisms presupposing the order of participation of citizens in taking over a state decision and forming public authorities. It is thought that a complex approach to the realization of a rule-of-law and democratic state as the basis of the constitutional organization of Russia should be a part of the state policy, which can guarantee the unity and political stability of Russia.
