Legal formation of local budgets in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the problems of the formation of the local budget. The problems of legal regulation and functioning of local budgets are also considered. The necessity of searching for optimal financial and budgetary interaction between the center and the regions, as well as optimization of the functioning of municipal finances, and, first of all, the local budget, is substantiated.
