Law enforcement of activities of the Russian supreme power to contain armed form of protest during the reign of Peter I

In the article the legislative acts of period are examined rules of Peter I, testifying to validity of legal estimation of the armed forms of protest in Russia of beginning of XVIII of century and differentiated approach in the acceptance of measures on providing of containment of consequences of these events. Facts conditionality of the indicated measures realities of reality of that epoch are given
