Legal support for the evaluation of investment projects in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the regulatory legal framework for evaluating investment projects in the Russian Federation. The necessity of analyzing and evaluating the characteristics of investment projects is justified in order to increase the beneficial effect of financial costs for their implementation. The author concludes that there is no uniform use in investment laws of performance indicators of investment projects, approaches to their determination, and makes suggestions for improving the regulatory and methodological support for evaluating such projects.
