Legal support of the private kindergarten project

The article analyzes the legal aspects of the opening the private preschool educational institution. The aim of the research is to reveal the main problems associated with the hardness of legislation in the Russian Federation for the conduct of pre-school educational project. During the narration, there is description of the basic legal and regulatory acts that should know a founder of the social business.
