Бесплатный доступ

As a result of the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation by the member states of the European Union, the United States and other states that supported the sanctions, the economic situation caused the reorientation of the Russian business from the West to the East, including by abandoning the traditionally established pool of intermediaries and carriers in the EU countries, as well as in the countries of the former Soviet Union. All this leads to the emergence of a number of legal issues for business related to new factors of interaction with Asian countries, and in particular with the leader of the Asian business - the People's Republic of China. The article examines the issues of legal support of trade transactions with Chinese corporations, and provides recommendations to avoid possible risks in conditions of legal uncertainty and differences in legal systems.
