Legal support of staff training in relation to actions in a critical situation

The article is devoted to the issue of legal support for the organization of service training of the staff of the penitentiary service of Russia in the part that affects training in actions in a critical situation. The author presents some regulatory and legal sources that significantly influence the legal aspects of employees' activities in emergency circumstances and in extreme situations. The recommendations presented in the article are legal incentives for the development of an innovative concept of professional education for employees of the penitentiary system of the Russian Federation.
