Legal support of customs regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union

International treaties are analyzed as the basis for building the legal system of the EAEU in relation to the regulation of economic integration processes, as well as customs regulation in general. Attention is drawn to the close connection of the legal acts of the EAEU with the generally recognized principles and norms of international law. Special emphasis is placed on the fact that the principles of the law of the EAEU are such basic fundamental norms of the law of the EAEU, deviation from which is not allowed.
